Danielle’s veterinary career began in 2009, spending many years within the specialty medicine space as a hospital administrator before earning her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager credentials. She then transitioned to HR and recruiting, recognizing her love of finding the perfect match between candidates and hospital teams. Before joining Rarebreed, Danielle spent seven years supporting National Veterinary Associates by building and managing campus-facing programs, including new graduate doctor, intern, resident, and technician recruiting. She has a strong passion for DEIB and ensuring that the veterinary industry is a safe and inclusive space for all.

She shares a beach bungalow in St. Pete, Florida, with her wife, Angelina, a pug named Mayonnaise, a scruffy hound mix named Birdie, and two cats who like to get into mischief. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling, hockey, live music, and accumulating far too many plants.
