Allyson brings a blend of experiences to Rarebreed. She began her educational journey at Humboldt State University in California but later returned to Maine, where she earned her biology degree from the University of Southern Maine. Her early career involved genetic lab research and local songbird banding, where she dedicated herself to nonprofit organizations. Eventually, she transitioned into the dynamic field of human resources, honing her skills across various HR functions. However, her true passion lies in assisting employees with compensation and benefits.
Allyson lives in southern Maine with her husband, daughter, and their beloved pup. They enjoy tending to their gardens, tackling home renovation projects, and exploring unique vacation destinations.
