After many years working in human medicine, Whitney began her career in veterinary medicine as the practice manager of her family’s small animal practice in southeastern Connecticut. After selling the practice in 2017, she returned to human medicine, working on a regional implementation team for a large hospital system, training and implementing electronic health records in inpatient and outpatient settings. Always drawn to veterinary medicine, Whitney joined Rarebreed in early 2022 as a practice manager before joining the Finance team in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in health services administration from Bay Path University and a Master of Science in health informatics and data analytics from Tufts University School of Medicine.

Whitney lives in Massachusetts with her husband and son. In her spare time, you can find her hiking and camping in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, reading, crafting, and attending every Dave Matthews concert she can.
